5.2. In case the event is canceled, 80% of the ticket amount will be refunded within 90 days from the cancellation announcement. Taxes and additional fees will be borne by the attendee/partner.
5.3. If the event is postponed, no refunds will be provided. The ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
5.4. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to event changes or cancellations.

6. Security & Liability

6.1. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security.
6.2. Attendees assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or loss arising from attending the event.
6.3. The organizer is not liable for any technical, logistical, or unforeseen issues that may impact the event.
6.4. Any misconduct, unruly behavior, or violation of event rules may lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund.
