1.2. Amcorp Infovent Pvt Ltd and Amcorp Infovent (Proprietorship) are two separate business entities.
1.3. The official event website, www.formulaxp.world, is powered by Amcorp Infovent Pvt Ltd and managed separately by Amcorp Infovent (Proprietorship), based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
1.4. By purchasing a ticket or VIP pass, attendees agree to the terms of this Shipping and Delivery Policy.

2. Ticket Delivery Methods

2.1. Digital Tickets: We encourage the use of e-tickets, which will be delivered via email to the registered email address after a successful purchase.
2.2. Physical Tickets: If a customer opts for a physical ticket, it will be shipped via a designated courier service. Additional handling and courier charges will apply as per courier terms.
2.3. The organizer is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by third-party courier services.

3. Event Changes & Organizer’s Rights

3.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, time, and venue under any circumstances.
3.2. The organizer holds full authority over entry and exit rights of attendees.
3.3. Any changes made by the organizer must be accepted by attendees and partners without dispute.

4. Refund & Postponement Policy

4.1. If the event is canceled, 80% of the ticket amount will be refunded within 90 days. Any applicable taxes or fees will be borne by the attendee.
4.2. If the event is postponed, no refunds will be provided. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4.3. The organizer’s decision regarding refunds and event changes shall be final and binding.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address for e-ticket delivery.
5.2. Customers opting for physical tickets must ensure the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase.
5.3. The organizer is not liable for incorrect email addresses, lost e-tickets, or shipping errors caused by the customer.

6. Changes to Policy

6.1. This Shipping and Delivery Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on www.formulaxp.world and will take immediate effect.
