1. General Terms

1.1. The Washington Brasileiro India Tour 2025 is a live music concert organized by Amcorp Infovent.
1.2. Amcorp Infovent Pvt Ltd and Amcorp Infovent (Proprietorship) are two separate business entities.
1.3. All responsibilities related to ticket sales, taxation, and refunds lie solely with Amcorp Infovent (Proprietorship).
1.4. The official event website, www.formulaxp.world, is powered by Amcorp Infovent Pvt Ltd and managed separately by Amcorp Infovent (Proprietorship), based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
1.5. By purchasing a ticket or VIP pass, attendees and partners agree to comply with this Refund Policy.

2. Event Changes & Organizer’s Rights

2.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, time, and venue under any circumstances.
2.2. The organizer holds full authority over entry and exit rights of attendees.
2.3. Any changes made by the organizer must be accepted by attendees and partners without dispute.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled, 80% of the ticket amount will be refunded within 90 days from the date of cancellation.
3.2. Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, no refunds will be provided. The ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
3.3. Taxes & Fees: Any applicable taxes or fees will be borne by the attendees and partners and will not be included in the refund amount.
3.4. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for missed attendance, late arrivals, or removal from the venue due to rule violations.
3.5. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method used during ticket purchase.

4. Liability & Final Decision

4.1. The organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or financial impact arising from event changes, postponement, or cancellation.
4.2. The decision of Amcorp Infovent (Proprietorship) regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
